	I accept L&I insurance and PIP coverage. Both require a current prescription from your doctor. For an L&I claim, I will also need the claim manager’s name and phone number. For a PIP claim, I will need the insurance company’s name and phone number. I also accept Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, Uniform, Cigna, and First Choice. Not all plans have massage therapy coverage. Check with your insurance company to find out if yours does.
